St. Mary's Cartage Ltd. is hiring dependable, safety-focused CDL-A company drivers for full-time OTR and short-haul positions. Join our team for competitive pay, freight opportunities, professional dispatch support, and a commitment to driver safety.
PAY & BENEFITS
- OTR Pay: $0.70 per mile
- Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,000–2,600, depending on freight availability
- Advertised Weekly Earnings: $1,500–$2,100, depending on miles and applicable compensation
- Short-Haul Pay: $350 per qualifying trip under 500 miles
- Weekly Pay: Direct deposit
- Yearly Bonus: Available subject to company terms and eligibility
- Additional Pay: Eligible detention, layover, and stop pay according to company policy

Actual earnings depend on completed paid miles, qualifying trips, and freight availability.
HOME TIME
Our advertised OTR schedule offers approximately two weeks on the road followed by three full days at home. Schedules may vary depending on operational requirements. Confirm your schedule with our recruiting team.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Meet applicable federal and state driving requirements.
- Satisfy company driving-record and insurance requirements.
- Meet applicable DOT medical qualification requirements.
- Pass required pre-employment screening and safety checks.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and safe driving habits.
- Have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Previous tractor-trailer and OTR experience is valuable. Hiring eligibility depends on company and insurance requirements.
